MeFit AI ("MeFit AI," "we," "us") is a personal fitness app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We built MeFit AI to help you train — not to sell your data. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we are

MeFit AI is operated by Thirty3. You can reach us any time at mefitai@proton.me with questions about your privacy or your data.

Information we collect

Before launch (waitlist). If you join our waitlist, we collect the email address you submit so we can notify you when the app is available. That's it.

In the app (at launch). To build and adapt your plan, MeFit AI collects the information you provide and generate, including:

• Onboarding details — your goal, training experience, schedule, equipment, and preferences.
• Body metrics — height, weight, and similar measurements you enter.
• Body photos — if you choose to add front and side photos, they are used to estimate body composition and to help you track change over time.
• Activity & nutrition logs — workouts, sets, meals, calories, and macros you record.
• Coach conversations — messages you exchange with your in-app coach.
• Account & device data — an account identifier, app settings, and basic technical/diagnostic information needed to run the service.

How we use your information

• To create your personalized nutrition and workout plans and adapt them over time.
• To power your in-app coach and answer your questions.
• To estimate body composition and show your progress.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the app.
• To contact you about the waitlist, launch, and important service updates.

How your information is shared

We share data only with service providers that help us run MeFit AI, and only as needed:

• Cloud & database hosting (e.g., Supabase) — to store your account and app data securely.
• AI providers (e.g., Anthropic, Google, and AI routing services) — to generate coaching responses and analyze body photos you submit. Content is sent for processing to return a result to you.
• Apple — for App Store subscriptions and payments; we never receive your full payment card details.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and our service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Waitlist emails are kept until launch or until you ask us to remove them. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.

Your choices & rights

• Access & deletion — request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it.
• Photos — body photos are optional; you can decline them and still use the app, and you can delete photos you've added.
• Unsubscribe — opt out of waitlist and marketing emails at any time.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data in transit and at rest. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

Children

MeFit AI is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as MeFit AI evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
